OPEN GYM:

No instructor

Ages: Best suited for teens/adults

Class topics: In the gym, you have access to free weights, smith machine, squat rack, bench rack, benches, boxing bag, vertical leg press, etc.

WOMEN'S SELF-DEFENSE

Self-Dense Classes:

Instructor: Ben + Lauren Denny

Ages: Best suited for teens/adults

Class topics: self awareness, body stance, encountering situations as everyday situations and how to defend yourself with the right way to escape, use your body weight, 

Ben has training and certifications in various disciplines; teaching others basics of self defense and training for MMA fighting, and Lauren.... well she's learning as well and Ben uses her as a demo.

MMA CLASSES

MMA Classes:

Instructor: Ben Denny

Ages: Best suited for teens/adults

Class topics: muay thai, jiu jitsu, krav maga, Kick boxing, grappling, wrestling, boxing

Ben has training and certifications in various disciplines; teaching others basics of self defense and training for MMA fighting. 

CIRCUIT

Circuit Classes:

Come work out with Lauren Denny

Ages: Best suited for teens/adults

Class topics: for improving cardiovascular fitness, for increasing strength, as we will use a variety of training, weights, body weight, and other equipment.

An example of a simple circuit training workout might consist of push-ups, sit-ups, squats, chin-ups and lunges. The workout may be structured as follows, and could be continually repeated.

+ Circuit training can be modified to suit your level.
