Circuit Classes:

Come work out with Lauren Denny

Ages: Best suited for teens/adults

Class topics: for improving cardiovascular fitness, for increasing strength, as we will use a variety of training, weights, body weight, and other equipment.

An example of a simple circuit training workout might consist of push-ups, sit-ups, squats, chin-ups and lunges. The workout may be structured as follows, and could be continually repeated.

+ Circuit training can be modified to suit your level. 


MMA Classes:

Instructor: Ben Denny

Ages: Best suited for teens/adults

Class topics: muay thai, jiu jitsu, krav maga, Kick boxing, grappling, wrestling, boxing

Ben has training and certifications in various topics teaching others basics of self defense and training for MMA fighting.
